The staff made what would have been a terrible stay into a great one. Kim was pleasant and understanding and made things right. The lodge looked really nice and it was very comfortable. The large bathtub was great, after we finally got towels to use it.

Expedition lodge is a great value for this area! It is so nice for our family to have 3 queen size beds in the room and a fun, heated pool with a slide to hang out in. The free arcade is a bonus too. It’s in walking distance of just about everything you need for your daily Moab adventures. We’ve stayed here twice now and we will be back.

It's not that this place is bad, so much as it's mediocre, and didn't compare to staying at the Expedition Lodge (should've decided to book 3 nights instead of 2 sooner - my bad). The room was very clean, had bedspreads that weren't white, comfortable bed and pillows, good toiletries, and a great recommendation for a place to eat!

My room at The Big Horn Lodge was charming with a rustic feeling, decorated with Western art and knotty pine walls, complete with all of the necessities for a restful, overnight stay. The restaurant attached to the lodge was also handy for a quick breakfast before hitting the road. It was also very well situated in town so we were close to shopping and restaurants.

Embedded in a stunning canyon landscape and located next to the Colorado river bank, this has been one of the most beautiful accomondations. It's a beautiful 20mins drive to Arches NP / the city of Moab. The rooms are spacious and equipped with many kitchen devices for self supply, however it's recommended to check out the restaurants at the lodge too. Very friendly and supportive staff.

Reminiscent of NP lodge— tiny patio on the edge of public walkway and bridge, territorial view of red rock and yellowing leaves.

In lieu of the negative comments - the location of the resort is absolutely amazing. They've picked the perfect place to enjoy the scenery. So hard to describe - you need to visit. We could have stayed here much longer and if you're into horse riding or all-terrain biking/driving/quad biking then I think you will LOVE it here. The lodges are a great size and well appointed. Lovely staff and you could really relax here.
