The location was excellent. We put our ski gear on and walked to the gondola. After skiing is was also a quick walk to the lake. Doesn’t get much better than that.

nice and clean, great location but most of all the staff. i was in a ski accident and the staff were above and beyond helpful. They mad a very bad situation much better. We will stay here again.

Receptionist was awesome, gave us great details of things to do around and even gave us vouchers for the lakeside beach. I was also able to do a bbq outside without any problem.

It has a very nice lodge and woody design. Outsstanding design. Have a look at the Hotel website.... We loved it. The rooms are cosy nice and clean. Beds are comfortable we had a restful sleep. Room had a little fire place which was lovely and created a warm. I would definetly book it next time again when going to south lake tahoe. Checkout was as well very quick + good, but we didn't loved it becasuse we had to leave :-)

Loved the gas fireplace, the lounge with comfy couch and chairs for relaxing after a day's skiing. The communal spa was fun and good for sore muscles. The kitchen facilities were really handy for making our own dinner on the nights we felt like it. The people were absolutely lovely. Location was good with nice restaurants nearby and easy to get to the lifts with the free shuttle bus stopping virtually outside our lodge.

It was conveniently located within walking distance to the village and the heavenly gondola, and quiet as well. John was quick to respond w maintenance questions and Jennifer was accommodating of our itinerary change request. Stayed for 2 nights, didn’t rly wanna spend my 3 days in Tahoe complaining about the place. You get what you pay for. Although I’ve stayed in lodges/inn that were as cheap but has great amenities and very clean, and felt safe. Vibe of the lodge could be way better if they wanted to.
