Things mentioned in other reviews including pool, game room etc. are as advertised. However, none of that matters if the staff is not hospitable and essentially ruins your stay. I had the exact same method of booking at other hotels (Canyon lodge included) in the park before and after this one, and faced zero issues. No one asked for the ID of the 2nd person once they saw a) My ID and b) My reservation being one of the two rooms

They offer free laundry service and space for cooking with grills. They have almost all the details of hospitality right. Compared to the lodges inside the park this is way better and way more affordable. Highly recommended.
