Some units include a terrace and/or a balcony. The setting is beautiful and very quiet, away from the highway in natural woodland. The cottage is spacious and nicely decorated with all the bits and bobs that make a house a home. The owner and family take great pride in keeping the land and buildings clean and well maintained.

Tinglewood Cabins 4 stars

Walpole

The lodge provides guests with a terrace, garden views, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven, and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge. I really love the remote and very quiet location on a clearing in the midst of the forest where one could watch the wildlife (Kangaroos, quokkas...if you're lucky)! The friendly owners Chris and Sharon were very helpful in every way and gave me some very interesting insights into the local flora and fauna. - They even gave me, the in this matter somewhat ignorant big-city guy, perfect and very helpful instruction on how to properly light up the wood-fired chimney. - At night I recommend you enjoy one of a hell of great night-sky, unspoiled from any light-pollution!! - If I ever again be in the area I will definitely be back!!

Rainbow Trail Chalets 4 stars

Pemberton

The lodge provides guests with a balcony, mountain views, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a dishwasher, and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. A microwave, a stovetop and toaster are also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. The setting is absolutely stunning, and the chalet itself is perfectly designed for a totally relaxing and comfortable stay. It is spotlessly clean and provides a very private outlook with kangaroos and emus on the doorstep. Pemberton itself is a lovely little town (and has a first-class launderette).

Beedelup House Cottages

Pemberton

The lodge provides guests with a terrace, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave, and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. There is also a stovetop, toaster and a kettle. The Romeo cottage was so cosy!! The fire was ready for us to light when we arrived and we kept that burning throughout our stay from the good wood stock left for us. We loved having a bath overlooking the beautiful Forrest and waking up to that view from the huge comfy bed! Lots of little birds flitting around and such a peaceful environment for relaxing, walking and reconnecting.

Donnelly Lakes 4 stars

Pemberton

Boasting a cosy fireplace and a private patio with a hot tub/bath and lovely lake views, Donnelly Lakes Chalets are set in a peaceful location surrounded by forests and national parks. Guests can enjoy free canoeing. A quiet out of the way spot. The Chalet was clean and well equipped. We made use of the BBQ, hot tub and canoe to go out on the lake. On one night we ate out at the Karri Valley resort (15 minute drive towards Pemberton) which has a good restaurant overlooking another lake. We found plenty to do in the area and would have like to stay longer but our schedule didn't allow. The bakery just as you arrive in Pemberton is well worth a visit.
