From the time we arrived at the property we were treated so well. Staff were always extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spectacular with the most amazing view. The private boat cruise was unforgettable. On arrival we were surprised with a bottle of champagne and snacks as we were celebrating our anniversary- such a special touch and treat. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Me gustaron las instalaciones en general, en ese sentido es un 10. Pero la recepción y reservas de actividades es un auténtico desastre vergonzoso que enturbia todo el encanto del río, el parque y el Lodge en si.

La ubicación, el tamaño y distribución de las habitaciones, la terraza del bar sobre el rio... es inmejorable y el trato que recibimos, una vez más, fue magnifico. Cada vez que viajamos a la zona buscamos la oportunidad de estar unos días en el lodge para disfrutar de sus instalaciones y del boat cruise por el rio Chobe
