Vanilla Hills Lodge offers spacious bungalows located in the lush tropical jungle outside of San Ignacio. It is a short walk from the Mopan River and offers free Wi-Fi and parking. This place hugely exceeded our expectations. So much so that I actually told the owners they are way under charging! The food was excellent and the atmosphere was magical. This is a top end accommodation, yet the price would lead you to expect less.

The property is well- hidden in a little bit of paradise. The rooms were just great, “chic” and superclean. It is a fantastic place! Highly highly reccommended. A note on the staff: -Crystal ( hope spelling is right!). She was superhelpful with info from booking to check-out. Great host - cleaners ( apologies as I dont know their names). Just fantastic! Also, I left a large amount of money in the room when we left ( thought I lost it somewhere else) . Everything was returned to me after few days. Chapeau!!

Exceptional customer service - super kind and helpful staff who also helped us with excursions. Thoughtful touches throughout. Lovely food and pool. Wonderful location in jungle surroundings. We’re going to miss this place.

Offering free WiFi, Lower Dover Jungle Lodge & Maya Ruins is located a jungle lodge and hostel located just outside San Ignacio, with access to the Belize River. The location was just perfect, super easy to get to on the bus from Belize city or belmopan or San Ignacio. If you want to be in the jungle it's perfect, you're off the main road and there's plenty of paths out the back to really explore! Also it's literally about 10 minutes from the ATM cave and the lodge takes care of reservations for you to just get picked up right at the entrance of the lodge so it's perfect. Plenty of wildlife around too.

The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to set up several tours and shuttles without any hitches.

Offering a restaurant and a private beach area, Sweet Songs Jungle Lodge is located in San Ignacio and is right next to the Botanic garden. Free WiFi access is available. Magical place, the tubing in the river was great and I liked that they’re feeding the animals, also there is patio in every room covered in net so the mosquitoes won’t come in The meals in the hotel were delicious

This complex is set 5 minutes’ drive from Guanacaste National Park and 9 km from Belmopan Capital City. It features horseback tours, a swimming pool, an extensive garden and a computerized telescope. It's a beautiful area decorated and planed with love. It's green and a beautiful pool is in the garden Sometimes a horse.
