The rooms were just great, “chic” and superclean. It is a fantastic place! Highly highly reccommended. A note on the staff: -Crystal ( hope spelling is right!). She was superhelpful with info from booking to check-out. Great host - cleaners ( apologies as I dont know their names). Just fantastic! Also, I left a large amount of money in the room when we left ( thought I lost it somewhere else) . Everything was returned to me after few days. Chapeau!!

The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to set up several tours and shuttles without any hitches.

Magical place, the tubing in the river was great and I liked that they’re feeding the animals, also there is patio in every room covered in net so the mosquitoes won’t come in The meals in the hotel were delicious
