Thoughtful and caring hosts with brilliant attention to detail. Host drove us to town and back in evening. Great ambience, well equiped. Amazing view of working harbour. Generous, complementary and unexpected breakfast.And cookies! Fresh fruit and vegetables (from garden). Complementary laundary. We didnt want to leave.

This was a highlight of our 3 week journey around the South Island. We would highly recommend going out of your way to stay at Amuri for the quality of the service, the stunning views and the aura of serenity which you cannot help but be taken in by. The cheese platter and wine on arrival was excellent and the kitchen facilities were perfect. Don't even hesitate, book a night (or more!) here and it'll be a highlight for you too.

Amazing location up the hill with outstanding view over the town and towards the mountains. Owners love their job. We felt like we were at home. Good advise on local activities!

Located in Kekerengu in the Canterbury region, Coastal Lodge Kekerengu provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The owners were very friendly and hospitable. It is a nice set up with common kitchen/living room area, also nice to meet other travellers. The room was big and had a comfortable bed. Nice location, with a wonderful beach across the road for walks. You can prepare your own breakfast and there's plenty to choose from.

The staffs offer quality service s, the chef amazing culinary is awesome, it is impressive for the 14 days -aged kingfish . The mountain /valley/river views are spectacular . The architecturally designed building is striking. It is unforgettable.

Situated in Kaikoura in the Canterbury region and Kaikoura Beach reachable within less than 1 km, Barnacle Bills features accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and free private... Spacious, clean & comfortable house. Large well stocked kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. The view was of both mountains & water. Location is great. Easy to walk both to Kaikoura & South Bay & other tracks. Our host was very responsive & kind. Should we ever find ourselves in Kaikoura again, we would definitely stay here again.
