The property was amazing it was beautifully presented and the hardens were amazing. There were lots of special touches like organic soaps, free range eggs and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting

Featuring an on-site tennis court, The Flying Trout Boutique Lodge is located in Taupo. Each spacious suites offers elegant décor and some provide views of the surrounding alpine area. Flying trout boutique lodge is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in the world . We had a lovely suite upstairs with a panoramic view of lake Taupo . Breakfast is wonderful and Karen will insure you are pleased with everything served . Rob is helpful with area info and a few nights he drive us in to town for dinner . We would definitely stay at this charming lodge again - treat yourself if you are in lake Taupo

Set in Mapara Valley, adjacent to the stunning Whakaipo Bay Reserve on Lake Taupo, Whakaipo Lodge offers guests free WiFi. Whakaipo Lodge was a superb place to stay in every way. The owners, Garth & Angie went beyond the call to make our stay memorable & easy to highly recommend from the welcome, to the pre dinner drinks & canapes, the sharing of local knowledge & the beautifully presented, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was 10/10 using locally sourced high quality products. The coffee also got a gold star.

The rooms are equally wonderfully, each having access to a Porch, rolling grass and the river view.

The Point Villas are situated in a private estate overlooking the blue waters of Lake Taupo, just 10 minutes’ drive from Taupo town centre. Each villa has its own private mineral heated swimming pool.... Bathrooms were amazing as well as the outdoor entertainment area.

Entire property is beautiful and hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Highly recommend if looking to enjoy a luxury stay!

This luxury lodge has a quiet location and wonderful views of Lake Taupo and Mount Tauhara. It offers free WiFi and large gardens. Nina and Peter are fabulous: they felt more like friends than hosts, and ensured that we had a flawless stay.

Located in Turangi, 48 km from Mount Ruapehu, and Taranaki Falls reachable within 48 km, Turangi Leisure Lodge offers a terrace, a spa and wellness centre and free WiFi. We loved this place. Clean and tidy. The Spa pools were amazing. Located centrally and near restaurants.

Tongariro Lodge is located in 22 acres of secluded grounds, surrounded by a beautiful garden landscape and along the banks of Tongariro River. The breakfast was good. Coffee wasn’t great.
