We are located on the safest routes to and from Addo Park, including leading up to the lodge. We are centrally located in Addo area between the Garden Route and R62, for those planning round trip back to, or coming from Outdshoorn. If you do travel from Port-Elizabeth, please drive via R75 to us. The luxury tents were immaculate and so beautifully designed- each window opened is like a framed picture of the Karoo landscape. We will definitely be back!

Bushman Sands Golf Course is 35 km from Ikwanitsha Lodge. The nearest airport is Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport, 85 km from the accommodation. Ingrid made our stay absolutely perfect!! We were greeted by zebras and ostrich as soon as we entered the grounds - already quite the experience! Our room had amazing views and was very comfortable and clean. We had dinner on the property our first night which was one of our favorite meals of the trip! We did the Addo park, Schotia Safari and a Giraffe walk all by recommendations from Ingrid and we had the perfect trip.

The lodge offers standard rooms in chalets with patio, shower and satellite TV. The more spacious suites have a seating area. - The common garden with the ibexes. - The restaurant served really great food. The staff was also very friendly. - The safaris with our ranger Brighton were amazing.

Port Elizabeth is 35 km from Charihandra Game Lodge, whereas Addo is 19.4 km away. Absolutely lovely private game Lodge near Addo national park. Excellent food and lovely staff. Chalets were beautiful. Great views from the pool. Went for game drive on their property and saw many different animals and was able to feed giraffe.

The restaurant at the lodge serves African, American and South African cuisine. We stayed in Pod 1. We highly recommend the Pods for a truly unique experience. the lodge is beautiful but spending the night on the mountain is unmatchable. It’s a 40 minute drive from the Lodge to the Pods but it’s spectacular.

We booked Cottage 1 - Private Pool, Outdoor Shower Staff are excellent - from Veronique and Jenna right to the servers and our Game Driver "Micky-Lea" (sp? 🫣) 5 ⭐️ hospitality - they seriously are accommodating and seeking to make the guest experience, the best possible Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the early a.m. sunrises and evening sunsets on the property. The inner garden and courtyard are just beautiful... especially in the golden hours
