We had a great laugh trying to work out what was what, and the lovely lady on reception was taxed by our complete ignorance of how everything worked, but she was very patient with us. I'm glad we had the experience, and you can't fault the value for money.

At Hotel ＧEM rooms come with bed linen and towels. The good thing about GEM was the food delivery and breakfast. Also, the rooms were nice with a broad range of selection for body soaps, shampoos, and conditioners.
