Everything was sparkling clean and having the free parking spot was definitely a big plus. We had to check in quite late as we were arriving into Perth in the evening, but Vivienne was very accomodating and gave us pretty clear instructions on how to grab the key and let ourselves in.

Rooms are large and comfortable as are the beds. View from the balcony was over a small marina with river flowing in background. Onsite restaurant provided a very nice breakfast at a reasonable rate and good coffee. Easy access to Fremantle. Check-in and check-out process was very easy and the staff are super friendly.
