All the rooms at Cabot Trail Motel offer a lake-view and are air conditioned. Fitted with carpeted flooring, each comes with a telephone, cable TV and a bathroom with toiletries and a hairdryer. Some open out onto a patio.

Dinner and breakfast were both very good. The owner accepted payment as I could pay. Employees I came in contact with were all pleasant and professional. The views of the water from the room, the restaurant and from the grounds, the were magnificent!

With a beautiful location right on St Ann's Bay, you couldn't ask for a nicer view! The motel owners were very kind and helpful with local recommendations as well. We got a smokin' deal on our stay as well and most certainly will encourage all of our family and friends to stay here when they are in the area. This upcoming winter season will be the first year they are open during the winter season as well. We loved how comfortable the bed was as well. Highly recommend!

Although the motel is an old building, it was very comfortable inside, with a TV, microwave and fridge. Bed linen and towels were of excellent quality and a new bath/shower unit provided plenty of hot water. Vince was very friendly and helpful.

The room was that of a standard hotel, which was fine for us. Our room had two beds and was spacious, with views of the lake. It looks as it has been recently painted and was clean. There was a fridge, which was useful and a coffee machine, which we didn't use. The location was excellent, a short walk to town. There was plenty of free parking.

We were in the motel rooms out back. They were private, comfortable and clean. It’s on the main road so it was close to everything we needed and far enough away from any traffic noise.
