Very friendly staff, Ryutaro welcomed me after the reception closed, a kettle was in my my room as I had asked. He allowed me to leave my bags after check out for a few hours which I really appreciated and he even recommended places to go to for breakfast. My room was clean and comfortable, it felt like being in a typical mountain chalet. A very good value for the money
