If this was a 1950's motel, it has been beautifully renovated. Everything from the paint to the furniture and the bathrooms looks very new. We were to stay 3 nights in one room and 1 night in another. When we arrived, we were told that we could stay in our original room for 2 nights and in the best room for the other 2. Very nice upgrade!

The dining and bar area had atmosphere that you would not expect in most motels and a very good menu! This is the only motel to stay in Qualicum Beach. There is a gas station almost next door, very handy.
