Friendly staffs, very nice, warm, clean room with superb mountain views of the snow caps. Very well equipped room with small kitchen and other necessitate and amenities like sofa. Clean toilet with heater, and towel warmer is a nice touch. Free dvd for rent to kill time at night. Morning mountain view and night milky way directly from room.

Location was perfect! Short drive to town and walking distance to a popular eatery, Betsey Jane. Room and bathroom were very clean. I personally loved the heated mattress topper. The staff was very helpful in guiding us into things to do and see around Fox Glacier. She also answered our questions about things to do in Franz Josef as we were driving there the next day.
