JACQUI greeted us warmly, made sure everything was just right with our stay and was so very sweet giving us tips and ideas to help us enjoy the area! The room was clean and comfortable, easy parking and walkable to the beach and places to eat! A perfect spot!

Situated in central Nelson, opposite Trafalgar Park, Kings Gate Motel has free WiFi, a seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and barbecue facilities.

The apartment was very clean. There was everything in it that is needed ( apart from a bottle opener). Just a tiny detail. The laundry was very handy and there are clothes lines out the back for visitors use. The pool area looked great . It is a leisurely 10 min walk into the town which is very charming.
