Very central to Picton and very easy access to everything Picton has to offer. The motel has a variety of rooms with a variation in price to suit. We opted for a room a bit more upmarket and found it to be worth what we paid. It was an ideal place to spend the night prior to catching the ferry the following morning.

(No breakfast not a b&b,) the location was central and we were warm and comfy in our unit. The beds were very comfy and bedding very clean .We did noticed the motel appears to be having an upgrade and general maintenance, very happy with our 2 nights stay. one suggestion, with 3 guests for 2 nights some extra teabags would be appreciated.

After hours access was easy. Room was modern and very clean. I am not going to give the Motel a bad rap for inconsiderate people but if you are booking this venue thinking it's a motel, remember that there are backpackers there as well and there is still very little consideration for people trying to sleep after travelling all day. Kids up at 11.25 pm talking at the top of their voice. Parents should be more considerate and teach their children proper etiquette when not at home.

The AAA Marlin is a great traditional motel that offers great space for families. The kitchen and room facilities are as you would expect in a motel and allow you the choice to cater for yourself. The beds and linen were good and the room was very clean when we arrived. The location is convenient.
