Timber Inn is a cute little motel located near the center of Ashland. Convenient location, polite front desk staff. I booked two stays here because of the price and location. They did attempt to cater to my night shift needs, which is sincerely appreciated.

This is an older motel with new owners who are redecorating and doing general improvements. There is nothing fancy about this establishment but it is reliably clean and the price is reasonable for Ashland. Breakfast is meager, with few choices but what they have is good.

Breakfast was the usual continental type food. We had an issue with the first room and staff graciously gave us another larger room with a balcony. We thought having a balcony was so cool until we sat out there. I have stayed at many motels with a balcony and I need to say......clean the balconies...all of you, not just this motel. They get dirty to.

This motel is a rare find having 3 queen beds for a low price. The room was clean, up to date and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. We couldn’t figure out how to work the TV so we called the front desk. Someone came within minutes to instruct us. This was such a pleasant stay, that we have booked the same room for our return trip. There were several restaurants within a 1-3 minute walk. However, downtown which was minutes away by car, had some great places to eat.

Close to downtown shops, restaurants, Shakespeare festival, and lovely Lithia Park. Room was fine. Breakfast is standard motel buffet food, but more choices than some places. Pool is small but nice, hot tub was nice.

The host couple was thoughtful and very attentive to us as guests. Engaged in conversation, offering suggestions when asked and genuinely involved. I would rate this motel as "nothing fancy" but excellent for the money and attention given to guest.

Very clean and simple motel layout, great for a quick stop when I am passing through. It’s near a grocery store, restaurants, and a damn good dive bar (Omar’s). I always seem to be here off-season, so I can’t speak to when it’s full.

The motel was very close to the location of the activity that I was attending. The person at the desk was very considerate. My room was very clean.
