The hotel was completely booked so they were not able to rearrange. I was traveling with my wife and 2 kids, got it very late to the surprise of only 1 king bed. They provided a roll out bed but very uncomfortable. This should be like a 60 dollar motel. Then the lady at front found out the hotel changed the room without notice and she was talking about charging extra for the rollout bed. She ended up not doing it, but unacceptable solution at that point.
