Excellent customer service! Staff is friendly and always willing to help/accomodate you. Perfect location close enough to my mom to where we could easily help her take care everything after my dad's passing (he died 1/10 which is why we stayed at a motel). Needless to say it was a hard time for everyone. We got snowed in for a week, but it was super comfy here. No complaints! Love this place. Thank you so much!!!!

One of the worst motels we’ve ever stayed. At least we had a place to sleep, but will never stay here again.

I felt like the hotel was trying to be something it's not. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel. It is maybe a 2 star tops My room smelled like old cigarettes. Reminded me of a old cheap motel. It's like they were trying to put lipstick on a pig.

Absolutely nothing! It was extremely unsafe with drug addicts, homeless, etc. We felt extremely unsafe and ended up sleeping in our pickup in a residential neighborhood because we couldn't afford another motel.
