The staff at the front desk on 4/2 misinformed us that breakfast was included when further staff on 4/3 rudely and without bothering to make eye contact told us that breakfast was not payed for as part of the deal. That is on top of the cave-like room with no ability to open a window. That is on top of the 100% markup for location … we paid for a nose-bleed narrow motel with awful guest-despising staff. Kudos to the bartender, though !!!!!!

The hotel was so sweet with the gardens, the rooms were nicely decorated and well equipped. Beds were super comfy. Location was fantastic we walked two minutes to see the sun set with a fantastic view. Shame we couldn’t stay longer to use the pool and enjoy the hotel more. I liked that it was more motel style for unloading the car on a long road trip.

Didn't have room cleaned until 5pm , no breakfast, cleaning staff shouting and yelling at each other outside our room in the morning, Iwouldn't have my dog stay at this motel.

The primary benefit of the facility was its price/value and cleanliness. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom small but adequate. There's a nod to the old days of roadside motels with the sea-foam green colors of the mini-fridge and microwave. Absolutely nothing fancy, but if you're going to spend 14-16 hours a day out on the trails or heading to the Grand Canyon, this was sufficient.

You can tell this is an older motel that has been updated. The updates were nice and the rooms were fine for a one night stay. The breakfast area is rather small but you could take your breakfast out to the pool located across the parking lot. The buffet was basic; cereal, toast, yogurt, bagels with a few hot items as well. It was an acceptable motel if you plan to spend more time outside the motel than in. We did not use the pool but it looked nice although it is in the middle of the parking lot and you can hear the roar traffic.

Great location. Off the main crazy side, in the local, low key part of Sedona. Quiet, clean, comfortable. It's what we used to call a "Motor lodge" or "motel' so dont come looking for a biz ctr or breakfast, but a great place to stay

Fun recently modernised mid-century motel. Free parking in Downtown Sedona is invaluable. Small but lovely pool. Comfortable bed.
