I liked everything: the location for excursions to the famous castles, cleanliness, breakfast and, most importantly, the attitude of the staff and a sincere desire to help and give the best service. With a traditional restaurant and cosy bar, the Green Acre Motel offers free parking and cooked breakfasts. The M4 motorway and picturesque Porthcawl are just 5 minutes’ drive away. Wow what a gem, this is one of the nicest places, that we have stayed at. Can fault nothing. 10 stars.

Set in Cowbridge, 21 km from Cardiff Castle, Cowbridge Cabins offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. I couldn't find it at first but i called the telephone number provided and a kind gentleman gave me directions. The location was fantastic, very peaceful. I would definitely stay again.

Set in St Clears, 30 km from Tenby, Forge Motel & Firehouse Restaurant offers a restaurant. The lodge offers a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower. kettle are featured. The staff were lovely, made you feel welcome and nothing was a bother. Had dinner both nights and it was delicious. This was our second time staying at The Forge and look forward to returning.
