It looks like you are pulling into someone's home, but the motel is hidden behind. The room was large and lovely with a full kitchen, and even had a jacuzzi. The beds were super comfortable. The town of Hokatika is a seaside gem with beach walks and colorful rocks. The town is small enough to walk about, but large enough to have all the services available and interesting shops.

The farm animals are unexpected joy. Unit is very well with cooking utensils. The one bedroom apartment has a great view.

What a wee gem this was to stay in, it was immaculately clean, had everything we needed, very comfy bed and a brilliant shower, close to town and quiet. The host is just lovely. There is an outdoor seating area and guest BBQ facilities. amazing hospitality and very clean room. Cooking equipment, beds, and laundry facilities were all great! The inn is also a short walk to some restaurants and new world supermarket. highly recommended, will be back too!

Paparoa Park Motel is situated in Punakaiki. Boasting luggage storage space, some units at the property have a balcony with a sea view. The room was very nice. We liked the view from the porch window and the skylight from where we could see the stars. The property was easy to reach and it was clean. Self check in was very easy.
