The hotel is very compact but it has everything: the garden with trees and shrubs, the swimming pool, the sauna and hammam which are ready every day. The suite room was super comfortable: mosquito nets, the sockets in the right place, many places for storage of luggage and clothes, and surely the terrace. Staff is mostly friendly and helpful.

The property was very clean, newly painted, lots of flowers in the inner courtyard around which all the rooms are situated. The staff were very courteous, nothing was impossible for them and they understood all our requirements very well. Even though they didn't have a campfire facility, they promptly arranged some firewood and lit one in the carpark itself for us to chill. They really showed that we are quite valued to them. Toilets are clean, well equipped with hot and cold water with high pressure on the tap. Very clean sheets and towels.

Clean and comfortable rooms, nice hotel courtyard and excellent breakfasts. Not far from the main street in Fort Portal, just a few steps away from the central events. Very friendly staff. Very reasonable prices, definitely recommended.
