The office staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the evening and visiting with other guest. Great location for us. We were getting on the Blue Ridge parkway the next day. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to NC.

We liked the location and the sounds of the stream behind the room. Had a nice view from the balcony and enjoyed the fresh air and beauty of nature. It was very nice and relaxing for us. If we ever return to Maggie Valley we would consider staying here.

It was a lovely place for myself and my grandsons to spend some time away from home. I would recommend it to anyone anyone.
