The location is pet friendly and for the small fee you pay you get dog blankets, treats and bowls and we appreciate that. Went there for my brithday and got a nice gift from the staff. Staff is friendly. You get what the place promises : relaxation! They offer lots of amenities, lots of indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, sport activities. We just had an amazing weekend experience in Malat hotel - amazing hosts and Malat family truly made us feel like home. Highlight of the stay was cosy experience in "central room" where you can enjoy glass of wine, listen to music and just chill. Having a record player is a nice touch (Miles Davis albums and other classics)... There is so much to do/see in the region: from Gottweig abbey, exploring Krems, Melk, Wachau and much more. Hosts of the hotel were super informative and helpful with travel tips, restaurant recommendation. Would definitely recommend Malat wine tour to learn about the winery, region and more. We will come back for sure!
