The staff was so kind at our arrival !! Cathy gave us good advices and organised also our one day trip and we really appreciate, she speaks english and that is a very good point We will defintly speak positively of this hotel around. A 10 star rating is an understatement for the hospitality and warmth we received. The location is beautiful, a stunning terrace with an overview of the old town, lots of plants and pretty flowers. We got a room upgrade for free and the room was spacious, well equipped (best equipped room in fact we had in China). You can tell that a lot of love and attention to detail was put into the design of this accomodation. The location is very central yet quiet at night. The highlight of it all was the lovely, generous and genuine owner. She took time to recommend us great restaurants and vegetarian dishes. Checked in on us regularly to make sure we are having a great time. And when I was sick she even brought food and medicine. It felt like home and being taken care of by family. I have never experienced such a hospitality and am very grateful. I highly, highly recommend this place when you're visiting Yunnan. The owner has travelled all over the world and has lots of interesting stories and insights to share, definitely recommend you to have a chat with her over tea.

From the luxurious accommodations to the outstanding service, every aspect of my experience was nothing short of five stars. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kunming.
