The location is close to nearby restaurants as well as other attractions. What more to say - you'll love this place!

Favorite: Plaza de Bolivar Best quick place: La Esquina Del Pan De Bono. Restaurants: San Valentine, La Mulata. Getting around is super easy. Fun Activities: La Chiva, Playa Blanca, Baru.

Everything is walking distance.
Everything is walking distance. People are very friendly and helpful. We felt very safe walking around at all times even late at night around midnight. Lots of police visible. We loved shopping at las Bóvedas. La plaza Santo Domingo is the place to hang out, listen to live music and people watch during the evening! We took the city tour which was nice. Definitely take the horse carriage ride! Beautiful way to see the town and learn about its history through its driver. Go to Parque Bolivar around 6 to watch the folkloric dancers. The tour to the Totumo volcano was a fun one because you can bathe in the mud. What a fun experience! All this was easily done with my 5 and 8 year olds in tow.
