This is a fabulous boutique hotel. The hotel has an ideal location on the West bank that makes it easy to visit the Valley of the Kings and many other ancient sites. It is a very tranquil property with breath-taking views of the Nile and Luxor on the far bank. The hotel boat service to cross the Nile to Luxor town works extremely well. The architecture of the hotel is stunning and the individual rooms are very well designed with interesting original furnishings. The breakfast is excellent with fresh coffee and eggs. The dinner menu changes every day and offers a good choice of seasonal dishes. Most nights we dined at the hotel. The hotel does not sell alcohol, but you can bring in your own. Dr Marina is an excellent host, who makes you feel very welcome. She clearly knows how to organize and run a hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Djorff Palace has a relaxed atmosphere and Marina enjoys chatting and sharing her experiences in Egypt and beyond.

Great Nile view. You can have a good cocktails and snacks at night. Friendly staff. Also many thanks to turist guide Micheal. He is from hotel. He guide us all day in luxor. Amazing guide and helpful driver İslam. We visited West and East bank with them. Also many thanks to Habi from turist information desk, Habi 🥰. It was pleasure to be gueste in Sonesta, Luxor. La posizione della struttura è eccezionale per chi vuole visitare la calle dei re e delle regine. La struttura è molto semplice ma, cosa rara in Egitto, pulita. Ho visto anche la cucina ed era assolutamente in perfette condizioni. Forse un po’ più di attenzione per la polvere nelle camere e sui pavimenti non farebbe male ma è comprensibile per la posizione a ridosso del deserto. Qualche mensola in bagno non farebbe male. Il secondo lenzuolo (utile se lasci l’aria condizionata accesa di notte) sarebbe utile come anche i cuscini singoli. La colazione si addice al nome: faraonica. Il formaggio prodotto da Gabalawy è talmente buono da portare dipendenza. Siamo arrivati alle 3 del mattino e Gabalawy ci ha preparato tavola. Abbiamo cenato nella struttura. Eccellente.

We stayed in with kids a had amazing time. The host are perfectly nice and helpful. The house is like from a fairytale, simple but beautiful. Very calm area. Fair prices for trips and great food on demand cooked the traditional way. 100% recommendation! Kids loved it too.

Surrounded by landscaped gardens, Al Baeirat Hotel is located on the banks of the Nile. Featuring a swimming pool, a shopping arcade and a 24-hour front desk that offers ironing services. Struttura bellissima, accogliente, per certi aspetti un po' datata ma funzionale. Molto comodo il traghetto che porta alla East bank (e anche molto capace di mettere di buonumore!). Bellissima la piscina, io ho anche fatto un bagno verso le 22 in Novembre e la temperatura è stata gradevole, ma anche solo l'aspetto della zona rende l'atmosfera bellissima.
