Quite impressed by the cleanliness and quality of this hotel in a small city. Had more amenities than we expected for the price: elevator, small fridge, AC, TV. Plus front desk was able to print a document for us. Comfortable beds. Room 208 was quiet from traffic noise, but earplugs still needed due to a rooster crowing in the morning. Breakfast was simple, yet included three different cheeses. Great location for visiting Dendara Temple and Abydos. Came by minibus from Luxor and departing via overnight GoBus to Cairo. Had tasty meals at the Papa Burger and Koshari restaurants on either side of the hotel.

Located at the gateway to Luxor, Al Moudira Hotel is the only palace situated on the west bank of the Nile. The domes and the patios ornate with arabesque makes up the oriental décor. Al Moudira is luxury from the moment you walk in. The rooms are very beautiful and unique, we stayed in a fountain suite and it was well worth the extra money. The pool facilities were very beautiful and the bar/restaurant staff were very attentive. The steam room was really big and well worth checking out. The entire hotel is very beautiful it feels right out of a movie. Great location for Valley of the Kings.

Located directly next to Madinet Habou Temple, Nour El Balad is located in Luxor. Wi-Fi access is available. It offers mud brick houses with cosy and traditional rooms nestled in a palm grove. I highly recommend this hotel from whose terrace you will have a beautiful view of the picturesque surroundings. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and we felt very welcome. Everything exceeded our expectations and it was an exceptional stay.

Located within the West bank district in Luxor, Ahmed's House has air conditioning, a balcony, and garden views. Nice view from the balconies. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious, clean, well stocked. Pillows and mattresses are okay, but not great. The family offers homemade meals which I would highly recommend. The artwork being mounted to the wall with visible tape is a little jarring.

The owner and his family prepared delicious traditional Egyptian food for us and we had the opportunity to have a dinner with them. The neighborhood is also quite and nice. Definitely recommended! The place looks incredibly beautiful and its closeness to the desert makes the experience of staying there magical. Every attraction on the West Bank of the Nile is easily accessible from there. The host was amazingly kind and made sure to help us to find a good and reliable driver, who showed us the region flawlessly. The breakfast is also great and I would recommend it wholeheartedly, as it is delicious and a lot so that one can easily eat it for lunch as well:)

The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family of 4. The staff was super friendly The food was amazing The view from the rooftop is perfect and peaceful.
