The venue is amazing, mixes country cottage and modern very well. Staff was pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. My room, beyond having all the facilities necessary and a Nespresso machine, had a lot of character.

Set in Hatfield and with Hatfield House reachable within 3.3 km, The Comet London Hatfield offers express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet despite its location on a busy road. The breakfast was very good, freshly cooked and lots of choice. We had dinner in the restaurant which was also good. I cannot fault the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and ready to go the extra mile to make our stay special. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Holiday Inn London Watford Junction has a central location just 2 minutes’ walk from Watford Junction Railway Station and 10 minute's walk from the town centre. Roxana in food and beverage was outstanding! Her welcoming smile and friendly customer service was wonderful. Our trip was memorable and our stay at holiday Inn made perfect because of Roxana’s hospitality. Well done Roxana and thank you. The holiday Inn should hire more people like Roxana. Thank you.

Hotel Cromwell Stevenage was once a farm house and home to John Thurloe, secretary to Oliver Cromwell. The property is close to the A1(M) and just 10 minutes’ drive from Knebworth Park. Very modern decor throughout the building itself. The bedroom/bathrooms had a luxury feel. Everything was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a beautiful historical building in a charming Hertfordshire village. There are lovely walks in the Hertfordshire countryside directly from the hotel. We stay in this hotel 3 or 4 times a year when visiting family and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in the area.

The whole atmosphere of the Village hotel is modern and sleek, it felt really cosy and comfortable, the rooms are really well designed, huge smart TVs, bathtubs, comfortable beds (make sure you ask for a queen and not two single beds attached together!). The hospitality staff were extremely accomodating during all hours so I would definitely return to stay here again. I've been in worse 4* hotels!

From Start to finish all the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. There was no snobbery shown. The bedrooms were spotless, the breakfast was so good, fresh hot, and very tasty. The ground are absolutely beautiful, and the gardeners were friendly. Absolutely loved the place. My brother in law passed away to pancreatic cancer in Sussex, and I had been in Brighton for 4 days. I came up to ware as one of my dearest friends Ann had passed away to cancer leaving her husband, son, and daughter behind. She got to see her children Marry but didn't get to meet her 2 granddaughter as both her kids were expecting their first child. It was heartbreaking, but Fanhams Hall gave me the space and kindness I needed to stay strong and grieve in my own time. Thank you all so much Kind regards Sarah Ellis

lovely property. great location. awesome facilities. treatments at the spa were good, relaxing but a bit expensive. upon arrival we were not happy with our room we were given, the hotel upgraded our room at no extra charge which was amazing. But otherwise the overall experience was fabulous. there’s even charging station’s for electric vehicles!

The "Log Cabin" we booked was lovely and so amazingly well designed with almost every amenity one could wish for, all so beautifully fitted into that tiny, but oh so cute and cosy space. The bed was brill and the room toasty at night. Amazing deck but sadly the short time we spent at Tewinbury precluded us using it more than for my morning cuppa. Breakfast was lovely but hurried, as we got going pretty late.
