It is not super close to Tokyo, but easy to comute. Travelling with the family it was very convenient that they have washing and dryer machines. Situated right in front of Yamashita Park and looking out to the Yokohama Bay, Hotel New Grand is a renowned classic hotel with nearly a century of first-class hospitality. Everything was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful, staff is extremely friendly and genuine, the views from our room were amazing! This was the nicest hotel my family has ever stayed at! I don’t know how we managed to get a room on the 16th floor with access to the Club Lounge, but I highly recommend it if you are able to book into a similar room.

I am traveling often and I am very critical about hotels. This one is a gem. Everything is excellent. I have never seen a so high standard in service and quality. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Room is gorgeous with a view. Gym/onsen/pool is enjoyable. All breakfast options are amazing. Location close to Yokohama station and nice areas of Yokohama is convenient.
