The staff is amazing, welcoming, understanding, and very, very nice. We arrived a bit late due to work, but they were waiting for us and very welcoming. The rooms are clean and clear, the beds are super comfortable

I loved how clean the room and the entire facility was. The rooms are exactly as advertised. The tranquility in the area was also perfect, having travelled for work. The owner- Francis is so warm and thoughtful! Loved the food as well- it was freshly prepared and so tasty! Above all else, what stood out for me was how comfortable the bed was. I had a great night's sleep on all 3 nights that I was there. I'll definitely be back.🙂

Il Claire de Lune Moonlight Hotel sorge a Nakuru, a 2,1 km dal centro commerciale Westside e a 11 km dal Parco Nazionale del Lago Nakuru. Ottimo (lussuoso), assolutamente perfetto anche per gli standard europei (sarebbe un 4*). Non lasciatevi ingannare dall’entrata (brutta, sulla piazza/strada): con 1 ascensore - con codice di sicurezza per l’hotel – arriverete direttamente in hotel. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, molto professionale, pronto ad accontertarvi per qualsiasi esigenza. Rapidità nel check-in (non banale in Kenya). Per colazioni/pranzi/cene hanno anche menù diversi (vegetariano etc…): basta dirlo prima della partenza dall’Italia. Ampie camere con bagno privato, letti comodissimi con piumoni, chiavi a tessera, tv, 1 bt. da ½ litro di acqua a testa, set di cortesia (saponette, ciabatte), asciugamani doccia e mani, frigorifero, bollitore elettrico, (più tazze, bicchieri, bustine Nescafé, bustine di thé, zucchero). Wi-fi. ovunque, con codici diversi. Colazione: inclusa nel costo delle camere. Si ordina sul momento, appena sarete tutti seduti nella sala ristorante. Per evitare tempi lunghi di attesa abbiamo chiesto una colazione a buffet e siamo stati accontentati anche in questo, con un buffet solo per noi con le cose da noi chieste. Pranzo (Lunch Box): Meù à la carte. Anche opzione vegetariana. Non utilizzato. Cena: Meù à la carte (da ordinare al momento del vostro arrivo in hotel)). Ho stabilito un tetto di cassa di USD 10 a persona/cena (tetto sovrastimato: con USD 8 a persona mangerete di tutto di più, bevande incluse). In hotel. Giudizio: ottima!!! Porzioni molto abbondanti e di ottima qualità. Il direttore Daniel, lo chef Jacobs, il cuoco Peter e la cameriera Susan sapranno coccolarvi. Consiglio la Tilapia (pesce locale): prendete la Tilapia intera al forno (non il filetto) e gli ottimi centrifugati di frutta. In ogni caso, è tutto buonissimo! Non hanno bevande alcoliche (birra etc…): accanto all’hotel troverete un supermercato.

Location: 5 min from the Nakuru Lake gate. The staff was EXCEEDINGLY helpful, way beyond anything expected. Any problem you have whatsoever, they will solve it for you. The hotel is brand new, modern, spacious, well equipped, clean and esthetic. Huge pool with water slides. Gated private parking. Air conditioning. Great restaurant... And so on.
