A few metres from an Oxxo as well. - The rooms were very generous in size, minimalist in style but still had enough decor to not feel empty, and loved the real plants. - The amenities in the room like a fan, robes, AC, Smart TV with streaming, nice lotions/soaps, vase of water, oversized fridge, etc were much appreciated. - The common areas are very trendy and cute, pool is lovely - Loved the on-site cafe for breakfast and lunch. San Pancho is an up and coming Mexican beach. Although the ocean is not too calm, it's a great place for food and hanging out with friends. It's really close to Sayulita and a great spot to explore Riviera Nayarit further.

From £28 per nightI have been travelling around Nayarit, Mexico for two months with some friends. This was by far the worst accommodation that we have stayed in. We all agreed on that once we left. I cannot think of a single nice thing about our two night stay at Posada El Balcon. The only reason we didn't leave or switch hotels after the first night was because one of my friend was not feeling well on our second day, and didn't have the energy to move hotels. Do not stay at this hotel!

The beach area was great, the staff were great, we had a great view of the ocean from our room on third floor. Best of all was that you were a quick walk into the town of Buceries which had a lot of food restaurants and entertainment, art walks etc..

we liked the location of the hotel - had a room on the 4th floor overlooking the beach/ocean The grounds are kept extremely clean as well as the rooms. the staff were very friendly and extremely supportive when we were needing some help due to illness. We enjoyed watching the many families taking part in the organized activities by the very exuberant recreation director this resort is supported by many Mexican families on vacation and a few "gringos" who come yearly. there is entertainment offered most evenings.
