The first was during the "soft-opening" and even then everything was already great. And now that it has 7/11 on premise and only less than 100 steps to enter the mall I couldn't possibly think of any other hotel in Klang to be staying from now on! Although the Esplanade Mall's Retail Space isn't full yet and I hope the next time I come to stay at KSL Esplanade Hotel it would even give better overall value!

the reception person Ms Wani was really nice, we get free upgrade to Deluxe King-garden view for 2nd night stay, room was clean, and bigger compared to Studio King, so can stay direct for 2nights as we book Deluxe king for 1st night stay. Breakfast not so much variety, but can repeat, the food taste was good. Overall, we really satisfied with our stay.

I arrived in KL to visit friends, so the outside KL location suited my arrangements (hotel is halfway between KLIA and KLCC). Expecting a budget hotel I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. The standard is far higher than the rating suggested when compared with a European Hotel. Room was very spacious, clean and with all necessary facilities. Breakfast is in a very nice adjacent traditional building across from the hotel entrance. a very pleasant morning experience.
