Boasting a terrace, Chale's House Hotel is situated in San Juan del Sur in the Rivas Region region, 200 metres from San Juan del Sur Beach and 2.9 km from Nacascolo. The location was great, the staff were all very helpful. I met the owner and he helped me with some advice for what turned out to be an amazing day trip. When I return to SJDS I will be staying there again.

They are bungalow style and far away from main area for complete privacy. Amazing view of volcán Concepción every morning. Great place to stay in Ometepe. I was there for three nights Karlysa and Reina will take good care of you with their smiles, warmth and kindness. Highly recommended.

Buena Onda Backpackers is set in San Juan del Sur. Built in 2008, Free WiFi is provided. We loved our stay at Buena Onda! We stayed for a week and appreciated that it was relatively quiet at night, had a great view in the morning, had new and interesting breakfast every day, and had a full kitchen that we used to cook a couple meals at the hostel. The new managers were so helpful with all of our needs, gave us great recommendations (food, surf instructor, etc.) and we met several other interesting travelers there too. It was also great having breakfast with other guests in the common area and allowed for everyone to get to know each other. We also instantly adored their two sweet dogs Bonnie and Max. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The were booked out the next day and I went for a party the night before! They went out their way to do everything they could to let us get proper rest and then have us check out..
