The Powderhorn Chateau is situated in Ohakune, at the entrance to Tongariro National Park. Indoor pool was amazing - heated to about 38 degrees Celsius. All the walls & ceilings of hotel were wooden, such a special feel, just like we were in a ski chalet. Hotel had a bar and restaurant on site, which was great.

Hotel Coachman is located in the heart of Palmerston North. It offers a large outdoor swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, plus a fitness centre. Free Wi-Fi is included. The hotel was lovely. The receptionist was very helpful and very kindly upgraded my room for free. I was so delighted. Im sorry that I dont know her name.
