Villa Coco, in the heart of Santa Catalina, is a luxury boutique hotel and one of the most famous in the small and picturesque town. Very relaxing. Close to town for activities and the beach. Very quiet setting to live and sleep well. Restaurant at site was excellent. Dinner food was expensive though delicious. Breakfast was excellent and more affordable.

What an amazing place! Can’t say enough good things about the property. The owner was very accommodating, the property was beautiful and clean and we could lay in our bed and see the ocean waves crashing down during this super moon high tide! Surfers were out there in large numbers having a blast. We had a long drive on the day we arrived and our host made us the best frozen margaritas that we have ever had! The town is small and friendly which was perfect. This property has an awesome pool that we had to ourselves every evening. If your looking for a clean, comfortable, romantic getaway… this place is it! Best place we went to in Panama!

Really beautiful small hotel in a unique and peaceful location. While the drive is long, it is worth it and you get to experience being in a jungle with howler monkeys, lots of birds, squirrels, butterflies as well as the most beautiful endless beach. Cari and her husband put a lot of care and thought into the hotel and really look after each guest. The food is outstanding - there isn't a large choice which is understandable, but everything is locally sourced and home made and we had some of our best meals there, as well as the best gin and tonic! Overall this has been one of the nicest hotels we stayed in. For the best stay, make sure to follow Cari's instructions and understand that this is a jungle setting, so there will be some insects and you will get woken up by the howler monkeys (but then if you are to be woken up, being woken up by nature is the nicest way :) We wish we could give bonus points for her pets, the friendliest dog Princessa and cutest, little kitty Tila.

Offering a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a large a la carte restaurant, Hotel Mykonos is located in Santiago, a short 5-minute drive from the town center. It has a gym and an on-site spa. Beautifully decorated hotel to have you feeling like you are in Greece from the grand reception to the beautiful pool. And the temperature outside! Ps I love Greece! The room was beautiful, modern and immaculately clean. The staff were waiting to help me and very friendly. The restaurant meals are delicious and the buffet breakfast was a good choice. Very quiet.

Hotel Vista Coiba Villas & Restaurant is set 40 mts from the popular surfing spot of La Punta. This property is a 15 minute walk from Playa Estero, the sandy beach in Santa Catalina. Vista Coiba is the perfect hotel for a stay in Santa Catalina! The staff is really friendly and very helpful (also, they speak english!). We had good breakfast everyday at the porch with a stunning view (also the sunsets from there are beautiful). The pool is nice too! The rooms are spacious and very clean, every room has his own hammock at the entrance (: They organized also a snorkeling tour for us and everything went perfectly well: they picked us up in the morning and brought us back in the evening. The snorkeling spots were beautiful and the linch was good! The tour guide was a really nice guy, you could tell that he loves his job!
