An absolutely beautiful hotel in a terrific, quiet location. We loved the hotel's historic, elegant courtyard. A delicious breakfast was served on a beautiful terrace. The bed was comfortable, hot shower was terrific. It is a ten minute walk to the main plaza, but we loved staying in this historic, more quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Arequipa! The best feature of the hotel, however, was the wonderful staff. Alejandra was incredibly helpful in so many ways. I had a meeting at the hotel, and she volunteered to bring us coffee. She went out of her way to arrange our transport to Colca Canyon during a holiday week. She truly went above and beyond to help us. The other staff were very friendly too, helping us get water at night and asking if we needed anything. This was the best staff we've experienced in Peru. Thank you!

You can´t miss that town. I was in Arequipa after depressiv Juliaca och little Puno in Titicaca area. I loved Arequipa. I wish I could stay at list a few days there. It is so many historical places and so many restaurants to visit. I can recommend restaurant ZigZac.

Everything was top of the line. this is a gem in Colca Canyon and must be one of the best stay you can get in Peru. the scenery is breathtaking, the spa and hot springs are world class. I had a hot stone massage and facial. the hot stone massage was amazing by the therapist Florina. Horseback riding was also really nice, but they didn’t have helmets which is a minus. However, the horses where really calm and felt safe.

The staff went out of there way to help us with all our needs. The breakfast was very good. When we had to leave early for our tours and could not make the breakfast, the staff packed a snack for us. Also some of the staff spoke English which was a big help for me.

Very nice place to stay. Beautifull authentic building.Very peacefull and with a good atmosphere. The new owner is very friendly. He is reorganizing the hotel. The breakfast was good.
