The hotel itself was amazing in a beautiful and historical building. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and took the time to show us our room personally as well as the amenities available. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the breakfast was amazing, including homemade breads and marmalades, and local ingredients like eggs from Gotland. This was one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed in!

The hotel is located within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, the Gotland Museum, two beautiful parks, the local tourist information center, and the waterfront with breathtaking sunsets. It is an old building with quirky decor and a lovely front patio with seating. The breakfast buffet included a variety of items including fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, herring, meats, and cheeses. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The center of Visby is very accessible from this property if you plan to rent a bike or a car. A cab to the center (we used Taxi Gotland) costs around 150 SEK one way. The beach in front of the property is clean and nice, the water is not clear, it has a lot of algae. The apartment we stayed in was as expected from the pictures uploaded by the property. It was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space.

A wonderful small Hotel at walking distance from the sea with stylish rooms and restaurant. Very friendly and helpful owners, who know the island very well and can provide useful advice on where to go and what to do. Excellent restaurant - we had dinner there every evening. A perfect place to spend a few days to rest or to explore the southern part of Gotland (which we did). Highly recommended.

love this hotel so much. so cute, great location (literally against “the wall”), delicious breakfast, and amazing staff, especially Josef, the front desk manager who is a Gotland native and knows all the best spots and is eager to share what he knows with the the hotel guests - he made our trip to Gotland extra special with all the amazing insider recommendations.

Location, staff and the rooms where perfect temperature even when there is a heat wave. Even if the hotel is far (3 km) from public transportation me and my fiancé still had a blast exploring Gotland from this location and the stroll back and forth was super nice didn't grow old at all

Familyroom for 4 was great with two kids. It looked better inside than house outside. House needs a bit paint. Breakfast had varaus choises and was fresh. Pool and Toftsa beach nearby were brilliant. Location in Gotland was super.

Location was great. A decent, clean and convenient apartment for half the average price in Gotland. Very close to everything.

Everything about this place was very good. You can't expect anything more. The only drawback was it was away from Visby and you need to drive for 30 min. But I don't mind that when I get all other good stuff..

Great that there are spaces to charge four cars. Comfortable beds.

We really liked a quiet location. The camping site had a pretty nice swimming pool. Our cottage was equipped with all necessary items.

Cosy and clean cottages. The shared shower / bathroom and services houses were clean and tidy. Located by the beach, about 20min walk from Visy. Enjoyed my stay very much!

Location excellent. Breakfast was great with no overflow of food on plates (no waste!). Staff organised special butter (not milk based) for myself. Havre milk was accessible. Afterthoughts.....should have asked for turkey slices since I'm highly allergic to milk products & red meat (salami, ham etc.). Gin Bar fantastic! Beautiful garden. If you are looking to stay in a quiet place with a royal, historical, touch, this is the place! Conveniently located close to Visby (10mins by car), the hotel sits on a cliff with the most amazing views and sunsets. We just loved the charm and history and the antique furniture and deco with a royal history. This kind of feeling just cannot be recreated in a modern setting. The uniqueness and authenticity of this place must be preserved! The staff is very friendly and easy-going and also for late arrivals or early check-out, convenient solutions are offered. We spent 4 nights here and were able to discover a lot of what the island of Gotland, and the town of Visby, have to offer. There is ample and absolutely safe parking within the (large) premises and the area is just great for (evening) walks and strolls. The ideal place to take in good Baltic Sea air, relax, enjoy and recharge the batteries. And that with everything just at the doorstep... We will most definitely return and highly recommend staying here!

New and clean. very well organized and planed. the swimming pool was nice and enjoyeble with the shower, sauna and toilet nearby.

The tent was really comfortable and the shower facilties were clean and fresh. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
