Emoyeni Gardens a hotel with modern facilities you wish to have whilst on vacation on an island plus its lovely garden. I cannot recommend this hotel enough as it is located in a strategic location which means, it’s an easy access to the city centre if you like walking, beach, nearby restaurants esp (Papa Figo) which seem to be the most popular restaurant for all the tourist who were on our flight. A family run business which means Alex, her mum and the other staff go an extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Lastly, I enjoyed the breakfast and was made to checkout later than usual as I had a late flight to catch (Tap Portugal).

Hard to find anything bad to say about this hotel - everything works well. The manager is very hands on and obviously well liked by her staff and it translates into an excellent experience throughout. There are copious common spaces to hand out and the rooms are spacious. The restaurant and bar were also good experiences. It was very convenient to. the airport and the airport transfers worked very well.

Restoraniga butiikhotell SH asub São Tomés. Neljatärnihotellis on ühine puhkeruum ning konditsioneeri ja tasuta WiFi-ühendusega toad, kus on privaatne vannituba. It's very central and the staff went above and beyond to help me out , I can't recommend this place highly enough, great breakfast too!

B&B Roça Santo António Ecolodge asub 15 km kaugusel São Tomést. Majutuskohas on välisbassein ja grillimisvõimalus. Olemas on ka restoran. Great staff, great breakfast, lovelly place to stay! Only nice words towards the place, the crew, conditions!!

Pestana Sao Tome asub mere ääres São Tomé saarel, São Tomé keskmest 1 km kaugusel. Majutusasutus pakub privaatset juurdepääsu rannale, välibasseinile, spaale ja lamamistoolidega terrassiga. The breakfast was a buffet style and was better and with more variety than most European or American 4+ start hotels. Good quality food, good use of local foods, very attentive service. I liked how they used some of the local chocolate syrups and preserves, as well as fruits and coffee. Excellent view of the sea for a bonus! We also had shows every evening, including a local live band and a youth orchestra playing local music. Both were great! The starts of this hotel however were the staff. The front desk was efficient, they were ready for the check in, they had the bill ready for the checkout, and they were always smiling and eager to help. The bartenders and maids were also friendly and proactive, very proactive, same for the towel person at the pool. And Bruna was fantastic! she was all over the place, talking to guests and helping in any way possible from getting taxis to organizing tours, making dinner reservations at local restaurants, etc. In summary, customer service was in line with or better than most 4+ star hotels in Europe or the USA.
