It is a beautiful facility. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend visiting the spa. We enjoyed our experience so much that we both went back for a second treatment! We also really enjoyed the live entertainment that we were able to observe one evening. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and our favourite stay during our trip to Thailand. And this was despite an overbooking and maintenance issue and being asked to give up our room with private pool access early, which the staff handled very well and compensated us generously for.

He and his wife also cooked us a delicious barbecue and soup fish on my last night. Super fresh and incredible.

We desire to be back. Large rooms, clean, modern style bathroom, teapot, fridge, toiletries, daily service. Only 12 rooms, all which open to a pool and breakfast area. Breakfast was great and slight changes daily. Mr ‘Up’ and staff were always present and helpful - free bikes, motorbike rental, advice, organized taxi transport and even delivered us to our second location for free. We had suite with private pool right near the beach, it looked exactly like on pictures and we liked it a lot! Excellent pool, beautiful nature, lovely beach with free sunbeds and no people from outside. Excellent breakfast with both buffet & a la carte options. Food at the Edge restaurant was also very good. Next to the hotel, if you go right over the beach, is nice beach cafe with fountains and lovely desserts, though not a cheap one. Freindly staff - Noo from reception organized excellent private tour to James Bond Island for us. Hotel has also provided lovely beachfront setting for St. Valentine's dinner.

A hotel paradise, beautiful gardens, multiple pools right next to the rooms or the sea shore. Superb, varied breakfast, extra strong expresso coffee. There's a lot to say... everything is perfect and I totally recommend this exotic location. We appreciate the surprise we received, receiving a cake and singing "Happy Birthday" by the terrace staff on the occasion of my daughter's birthday. Just a few steps away you can find several terraces, currency exchange, massage salon, with acceptable prices. Don't miss the trips to the islands and rafting on a flowing water in the middle of the jungle and elephants.

It’s always pleasure to stay there. The view is picturesque, the villa is comfortable, the staff is friendly and kind, the dishes at the restaurant is tasty and arroi mak-mak. This place is incredible. First of all, the staff is really caring and they take care of everything from moving your luggage to letting you know when the sun rises. The view from a wooden house is incredible - honestly, the best place to watch a sunrise in Thailand is Samet Nangshe and your own balcony. When we arrived, our fridge was full of everything you need throughout the day. The pool was nice and warm with a lovely view - nice for a late-night dip. The breakfast is incredible - I have never had as amazing breakfast as the eggs benedict and cinnamon french toast from Samet nangshe.

My husband and I have been to the Tree House Villas a few times with family and friends and always found the staff to be helpful, very friendly and well trained. Villas are spacious, clean well appointed. Would love to have fresh milk as a standard offer in the villa for morning tea :-) Stefan has added a few nice personal touches in the rooms which is lovely... thank you Stefan! We loved our long boat outing to the islands with Jacket as our tour guide! We will certainly be back!

Breakfast was good, although there was not enough room in the restaurant for seating the one morning, it was raining out. We were told there was no room and we could come back, we left but upon leaving staff asked for our room number and we were then told that they had room for us. Was a bit strange that they couldn't accommodate all guests at breakfast.
