The room was good, the bed very comfortable and the big TV was excellent. The walk in shower was very spacious. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. The salmon with veggies was yummy!

The hotel is situated outside of the center in a very nice and quite residential area, ideally if you want a relaxing ‘home’ while having the opportunity to visit Punta del Este. The hotel is in a very good condition with a beautiful room (we had the room with patio and whirlpool inside), where everything was nice and clean. The staff were trielt amazing helping us out whenever needed. The outdoor area is especially cosy for sunbathing, relaxing in the pool, sitting outside in the evening and enjoying drinks. The breakfast was really good with a great selection! as a gay couple we felt safe, welcomed and appreciated like everyone else

Check in and out a breeze. Location is only a couple blocks from a 1st rate beach and a short car ride to all major tourist locations in the city. Very quiet and relaxing location. Food, especially breakfast, was amazing. Staff was always attentive and helpful. You could feel their professionalism and sincere desire to provide anything to make the stay better. We could not be more pleased. Hope to return. Sincerely thanks to everyone.

Located 50 metres from the beach, and featuring its own beach area and an outdoor swimming pool, La Posada del Faro offers panoramic sea views, free Wi-Fi and Continental breakfast. First time visiting Jose Ignacio and this place was wonderful. We came at the end of November so it was warm during the day and a little chilly at night. The hotel had a big fire place in the common living room area that made it so cozy. I loved the different spaces outside of the rooms. The breakfast was excellent. The space was beautiful. They had bikes and golf carts to use while we were there to explore the rest of the area. I would recommend this place if you want a quiet beautiful stay near the beach.
