Can't say enough good things about Cuba. He facilitated my visit right from airport pickup and matching me up with good tours, to dealing smoothly with an abrupt change in my plans. The homestay family were absolutely lovely and it was a peaceful relaxing stay. Big room big bathroom. I enjoyed eating overlooking the river and the meals were delicious. And the Green cave tour Cuba recommended was the high point of my visit in Vietnam.

We arrived in the middle of the night and the familt prepared a bed for us to stay in the living room until our room was ready (check in was at 11:00). The father even picked us from the bus drop off pointed and helped us bring a fellow female traveller to her destination so she did not have to stay in town alone at 3 AM

Very good value. Great restaurant next door (we ate/drank there several times in a short stay) and easy walk to other cafes/restaurants on the main strip. The manager - Bong - is good value. Has a bit of character and happy to assist with all requests. We did a tour to Paradise Cave and Dark Cave. Dark Cave was fun - with the zip line (lift your legs at the end 😄), mud bath and a few other water activities to finish off. Beds firm in our room, but we like that. Air con worked well. Quiet season when we were there so not many other guests. Like most hotels we’ve stayed at in Vietnam, bathroom is a wet room. Hotel is basic but comfortable. Was quiet in our room. Happy with the stay. The town is nice and laid back.

Quang Binh is good option for adventure traveller, not suitable for relaxation and beach. the nature view on the road to paradise cave, dark cave iss so so amazing, experience yourself with the rented motobike. the cave is not interesting to me, so boring and waste of money on the ticket-it is so expensive but not worthy for me

The property sits facing a tranquil lake. There's nothing better than waking up to this view. We changed our itinerary to make the most of our stay here because the property is that good. Anh, Sarah and Tham at the front office are absolute gems. They did their best to make our stay memorable. The kayaks are free to use and this opportunity should not be missed.

If you don't mind chicken clucking in the morning, cows mooing at noon, and little kids playing on the street in late afternoon, it's the place for you. A cozy, sweet little place in its truest from of a homestay. The lady who manages the place is super honest and sweet. Breakfast is simple but hearty. We had dinner twice there and both times were great; a real homecooked type of food. There are many cute and good local restaurants along the river. You can borrow bicycle for an afternoon ride along the river, and have some local food or coffee. We took a 15 minutes bicycle ride to Phong Nha cave in one afternoon. The sunset on Son River, the peacefulness of countryside, the cave scenery when all the tourists are gone... were breathtaking. They can also help to arrange last minutes tour for you. We had to cancel one of our trekking tour and switch to a shorter cave visit and water activities. They was able to arrange for us within couple hours. The tour was perfect.

A lovely oasis in Phong Nha! It is a beautiful little boutique hotel in a superb location. We loved our villa with the porch swing overlooking the gardens and paddies, it was spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant out front has some amazing food. The best carbonara I’ve ever had - actually everything we had was remarkably very good. By far the best place to eat in Phong Nha. And the people keeping things running smoothly were absolutely lovely always smiling as they went about making sure everyone’s needs were being fulfilled. And another remarkable thing was not being asked for a review, all the more reason to sing their glories! A great place to stay, we would fully recommend it!
