Front desk management was fantastic, Ms. Kasey was in contact with me before my trip and helped in a lot of matters to make my stay even more comfortable. I had my room upgraded which was a very nice surprise:) The pool and view on the 25th floor was amazing. During the afternoon hours we had the pool to ourselves. Rooms were clean and well equipped.

Very friendly and incredibly helpful staffs! They provided us many great advices for our first trip in Halong. The hotel, located in Hon Gai, is not very close to the tourist center which is in other side of the Bai Chay bridge. However, you can find affordable foods and discover the true lifestyle of local habitants and can walk to HaLong market and ride shortly to other attractive places such as Quang Ninh museum, Hon Gai beach.

Love the location close to the park, you can exercise and walk around the ho co tien( angel pond) Few minutes walk to the seafood market and all the street food around. The most helpfully and friendly staff, I wanted to rent a motorbike for afew hours in the evening, they didn't have one so the staff lent me thiers also they just charged me gas money.
