Gonza sorted us out with nearby parking for our Campervan - which was perfect. He was very friendly too. Breakfast of toast and croissants, and a selection of cereals was a good start to the day.

It had heated floors so was very comfortable. The hosts were able to decipher my limited Spanish and were very helpful in arranging for my clothes to be cleaned.

Arriving at the hotel took my breath away. it’s far from city center but it doesn’t matter because Bariloche is best know for its scenery and not it’s city center. the staff and crew at the hotel were incredible and my room was very comfortable and lovely. I definitely enjoyed my stay there. The heated infinity pool overlooking the lake and mountains is a plus especially at sunset.ronitaSolo traveler

We initially stayed in the older rooms in the hotel and then upgraded to the Moreno wing. It’s a completely different experience in the modern wing, I would highly recommend it. The bathtub overlooking the lake is a wonderful relaxing experience. Breakfast was great, as was the steak dinner.
