Staff members are the soul of this place. Everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, caring, courteous and always referred to us by our names. Food is good (the feijoada was amazing). Room was great, bed was comfortable, shower water pressure was good, and the amenities were very well maintained. Several activities are offered. Everything was spotless.

Hotel is great. Spacious, offers a ton of things to do, especially with younger kids. Staff is beyond amazing and overall quality is very good. It's just a bit pricier and rooms are dated (meaning they really need some new paint and furniture).
