I loved how safe and beautiful the whole building and surrounding area was. Having a clean place to sleep and relax in was also great. Our hosts made sure we felt cared for and if we needed anything they were only a phone call away. The highlight was the warm river at the back of our building, which we swam in both during the day and in the evening. We were spoiled with various pools to swim in too. All in all we had a lovely romantic stay and will return again when we get a chance.

The hotel is very good. It's clean, confortable, there is a good space at the badroom. Hot Park one of the best water parks I ever seen in my life as well as the park of fountains.

Amazing resort with lots of options for entertainment. Pizzaria is a good dinner option. Lots of music shows throughout the day. Very good breakfast and lunch buffets. Dinner is not good and takes over 1 hr for dishes to get ready. Recommend avoiding for New Year's Eve - super crowded and people drinking all day.

During my stay at Rio Quente Resorts - Hotel Giardino, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional dining experience. Both the dinner and breakfast offerings were nothing short of fantastic, featuring an extensive array of dishes, beverages, salads, fruits, and desserts. Our room provided remarkable comfort, and the staff members stood out with their enthusiastic and accommodating attitude. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our happiness and comfort. I want to extend a special commendation to Isabela, who was instrumental in assisting us and even facilitating a late checkout. Her outstanding support truly warrants recognition and consideration for a raise. 😁😄
