Everything about this place was magnificent. From our host Melanie who oversees the property...she was so attentive. On the spot whatever you needed she made sure you had it. I was in touch with her prior to our stay and any time I reached out to her, she promptly replied. The food was amazing Everything was so fresh and delicious. So many nooks and crannies authentically decorated. You won't get tired of taking pictures. A definite must. I will be back for sure!

The food was excellent. The service was excellent. The resort scheduled all of the excursions, including the transportation so there was nothing for us to do except take the ride to the excursion, enjoy the day, and return safely.

Exceptional customer service and delicious healthy food. Our spa experience was relaxing and unforgettable. Had a great time on the Cave Tubing and the Lamina Maya tours!
